| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的护理方法及措施。方法通过对156例原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术前心理、饮食等方面的干预,及对术后的病情变化、不良反应和并发症的护理方法进行分析探讨。结果 156例患者介入手术顺利,术后反应较重者31例,经积极护理治疗,29例好转出院,2例死亡。结论对原发性肝癌患者进行积极的围手术期护理干预,对提高治疗效果,预防和减少并发症有重要意义。
