乳腺癌的高频彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法对经手术及病理确诊为乳腺癌的97例患者的临床资料进行回顾,分析乳腺癌的超声声像图特征,并将其结果与病理检查对照。结果术前彩超诊断为乳腺癌86例,与术后诊断符合率为88.7%（86/97）。典型声像特征：主要为低回声结节、形态不规则并伴有砂粒样钙化、后方回声衰减、向组织或皮肤呈蟹足样浸润、纵横径比值〉1、肿块内血流显示丰富呈高阻血流频谱。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查能够准确反应乳腺癌的特征表现,对乳腺癌具有重要的诊断价值。

Value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancers
