| 摘 要： | 目的探讨直肠癌患者腹腔镜手术的围手术期护理。方法对比分析直肠癌患者腹腔镜手术组（55例）与传统开腹手术组（60例）各项临床护理指标。结果两组患者术前ASA评分、Dukes分期、合并症及手术时间无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。腹腔镜组肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间较开腹组显著缩短（P〈0.05）,并发症、手术出血量明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术术后恢复快,住院时间短,并发症少。加强围手术期心理护理,术前充分的肠道准备,术后密切病情观察和及时发现处理并发症,是直肠癌患者顺利康复的重要保证。
