| 摘 要： | 目的探讨左氧氟沙星两种方案治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床效果及药物经济学意义。方法 98例老年下呼吸道感染患者按入院先后随机分为观察组与对照组各49例,观察组给予左氧氟沙星针及左氧氟沙星片剂序贯治疗,对照组给予左氧沙星注射液连续静脉滴注治疗,观察两组疗效、不良反应,并运用药物经济学方法进行分析。结果两组有效率分别为85.7%和84.2%（P〉0.05）;成本-效果分析：C分别为1081.20和773.28;E分别是85.7%和84.2%;C/E分别为12.6和9.2;ΔC/ΔE为208.4。结论两种不同的左氧氟沙星给药方案治疗下呼吸道感染的临床效果相当,而从药物经济学的观点分析左氧氟沙星序贯治疗更为经济。
