| 摘 要： | 阐述了分子生物学实验教学的重要性,分析了传统分子生物学教学的弊端。为加强本科生的综合素质和实验技能,对医学分子生物学实验教学内容、教学方法、开放实验室及评价方式进行了初步改革,提出了分子生物学实验设计思路。实践证明通过开展综合性实验可很好地提高学生学习的主动性和动手能力,巩固和加深对理论知识的掌握与理解,更进一步提高了学生独立分析问题及解决问题的能力。
