| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预见性思维在肝硬化病人自体外周血干细胞移植护理中的应用效果。方法选择拟行自体外周血干细胞移植的28例肝硬化失代偿期病人,将预见性思维应用于其干细胞移植术前、术中和术后护理中,并观察其效果。结果 28例病人均顺利完成手术,术后1-4周随访肝功能均明显改善,未出现严重并发症和不良反应。结论预见性思维在肝硬化失代偿期病人自体干细胞移植护理中具有重要作用,可在临床护理中推广应用。
