| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下皮样囊肿（成熟畸胎瘤）剔除术的临床应用价值。方法对89例需要行皮样囊肿剔除术的患者,按入院先后顺序,随机分为腹腔镜组（45例）与开腹手术治疗组（44例）。比较两组患者的术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率、住院时间、手术时间、术中囊肿破裂机会等各项临床指标。结果腹腔镜组的术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后病率、住院时间低于开腹组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组的手术时间、术中囊肿破裂机会的比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜下皮样囊肿剔除术优于开腹手术,具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点,是一种较为理想的手术方法,可在临床推广应用。
