临床路径在矽肺患者健康教育中的应用

目的观察应用临床路径对矽肺住院患者实施健康教育的效果。方法将住院的106例矽肺Ⅱ期患者按入院顺序随机分成观察组和对照组各53例。观察组按制定的临床路径对患者实施健康教育,对照组采用传统健康教育方式,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组掌握相关知识、技能、认知行为改变均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组住院满意度明显提高,平均住院日、平均住院费用低于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论对矽肺患者实施临床路径健康教育可提高健康教育效果,降低医疗费用,缩短住院日,也有利于提高护理质量。

Clinical pathway in patients with silicosis

Objective To investigate the effect of the clinical pathway on the health education of the hospitalized patients with silicosis.Methods 106 Ⅱstage hospitalized patients with silicosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group in admission sequence.The patients of observation group were given the health education by established clinical pathway.The patients of control group were given the traditional health education.The effect of the health education of two groups was compared.Results The capacity of observation group in mastering related knowledge,skills and the change of cognitive behavior was higher（P〈0.05）.The patient satisfaction rose noticeably in the observation group and the average length of stay and hospitalization expense were obviously lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The difference has statistical significance.Conclusion Implementing the clinical pathway can improve the effect health education,reduce the medical expenses and shorten the average length of stay,improve the quality of nursing.
