摘    要:目的探讨科护士长对全科护理人员进行动态调配的效果。方法对全科45名护士实行统一培训和考核,采取轮岗制,统一管理病区环境,统一全科各病区护士长思想,争取其积极配合,对护理人员实施夜间调动、分时段调动以及每日调动的动态调配方法。结果实施动态调配1年,虽然收治病人的人数快速增加,护士的工作量明显增大,但仅多增加1名护士;而患者投诉率显著低于动态调配之前(P〈0.01);护理缺陷发生率也明显低于调配前(P〈0.05)。结论实施护理人力资源动态调配能最大限度的发挥护理人员的潜能,提高工作效率,降低用人成本,具有实际意义。
