| 摘 要： | 培育医学生的人文素质是医学模式转变的内在要求,医学院校思想政治教育与医学生人文素质的培育具有内在的相关性,加强二者的融通和对接是提高思想政治教育效果和培养合格医学人才的必然选择。实现思想政治教育的创新,需要从教学方法手段的革新、教师队伍的整合与塑造、教学质量评价方法的搭建和隐形教育功能的发挥等多个环节着手,以培育医学生优良的人文素质。
