| Abstract: | This paper discusses the combination of application-oriented talents and innovative talents,and taking the reform and practice of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example,shows the way for local medical colleges and universities to formulate the talent training goals with agreement between application-oriented and innovative talents and produce high-quality graduates who can contribute to regional economic and social development. |
