| 摘 要： | 民族医疗卫生事业是我国民族事业的重要组成部分,不仅在历史上为各族人民的生存繁衍做出了重要贡献,而且对提高人民群众健康水平、促进经济社会发展,也对构建和谐社会发挥着不可替代的独特作用。新时期西藏医疗卫生事业急需全科医生人才,本文从西藏农牧区全科医生人才的需求出发,探讨了医学教育改革的必要性。
