中文版蒙特利尔认知评估量表和简易智力量表相关性分析

目的探讨中文版蒙特利认知评估量表（MOCA）和简易智力量表（MMSE）在临床认知测试中的敏感性和相关性。方法用MOCA和MMSE对门诊和住院150例认知障碍的病人进行测试,并对测试结果和相关性进行分析。结果 MOCA得分总分（13.28±7.23）分,MMSE得分总分为（19.83±7.52）分,二者密切相关（r=0.871）。文化程度、年龄、性别3因素中,前两者对MOCA得分有显著影响P=0.000）。MOCA的各项目对总分值的贡献大小依次为：注意力、定向力、语言、视空间、命名、延迟记忆、抽象思维。各项目对MOCA分值均有显著影响（P=0.000）。结论 MO-CA适用于临床认知评估,难度高于MMSE,在轻度认知损害（MCI）患者的认知能力评估中敏感性优于MMSE,但都受文化程度和年龄因素的影响。

Correlation analysis about Chinese cognitive assessment scale and Mini-mental state examination in the clinic test

Objective To Explore correlation and sensitivity about Chinese cognitive assessment scale（MOCA） and Mini-mental state examination（MMSE） in the clinical test.Methods 150 cases of Hospitalized and clinic patients were enrolled.Two kinds of test scales were used to test patients.Results The total score of MOCA was 13.28±7.23,and MMSE was 19.83 ± 7.52.Both wwere closely relevant（r = 0.871）.Cultural level and age of patients had significant effect on MOCA scores（P=0.000）.Contribution values of Each MOCA＇s project as follows： attention,orientation,language,visual space,name,delayed memory,abstract thinking.Each items have significantly influenced to MOCA＇s scores（P=0.000）.Conclusion MOCA applies clinical cognitive assessment,the difficulty of clinical is higher than MMSE,the evaluation of cognitive ability in mild cognitive impairment（MCI） patients is more sensitive than MMSE.But both are influenced by cultural factors and age.
