| 摘 要： | 目的为了解三种病原体的分布情况和推广呼吸道常见病原体的快速筛查方法提供科学的依据。方法对2009年8月~2010年5月收治的860例呼吸道疾病患者的鼻咽分泌物样本,应用快速筛查方法对甲型流感病毒（FluA）、乙型流感病毒（Flu B）、肺炎支原体（MP）三种呼吸道感染常见病原体进行检测,对其中70例进行Flu A血清学检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果 860例样本快速检测中,Flu A检出率为9.5%,Flu B检出率为4.4%,MP检出率为10.1%,70例样本中,快速检测Flu A方法与血清学检测方法总体一致率达94.3%,两种检测结果一致性较高（Kap-pa=0.767）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 Flu A、Flu B和MP是呼吸道感染的重要病原体,应用快速筛查方法能够为临床提供早期诊断和正确治疗的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To research tapid detection and analysis of three common respiratory pathogens(Flu A,Flu B and MP) in clinical specimens and study the pathogens' distribution and extend the technology.Methods Rapid detection of Flu A,Flu B and MP in 860 respiratory tract infection samples were given Flu A serology tests.Results Detection rate of Flu A,Flu B and MP were 9.5%,4.4% and 10.1% respectively in the 860 samples using rapid detection.The results of rapid detection of Flu A have a high consistency of 94.3%... |
