复方斑蝥胶囊联合CPT-11＋CF＋5Fu治疗晚期大肠癌的临床观察

目的观察复方斑蝥胶囊联合CPT-11＋CF＋5Fu化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法将87例大肠癌患者随机分两组,对照组40例,单用CPT-11＋CF＋5Fu化疗方案,用法：CPT-11 150-180 mg/m^2,第1、8天,亚叶酸钙200 mg/m2静脉滴注2 h,第1、2天,5-氟脲嘧啶300 mg/m2静脉推注,第1、2天,600 mg/m^2持续微泵推入22 h,第1、2天,21天为1个周期;治疗组47例,在对照组治疗基础上加用复方斑蝥胶囊0.75 g,2次/日,连用15天。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别是44.81%和33.6%,差异无显著性（P=0.3355）;KPS评分改善率分别是65.96%和40.00%,差异有显著性（P=0.0274）;1年生存率分别是53.19%和40.00%,差异无显著性（P=0.2193）,不良反应治疗组明显少于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论复方斑蝥胶囊联合CPT-11＋CF＋5Fu方案治疗晚期大肠癌较单用CPT-11＋CF＋5Fu方案治疗疗效好,不良反应轻,生活质量改善明显,生存期有所延长。

Comparative study on treatment of advanced colorectal cancer by Banmao capsule combined with CPT-11+CF+5Fu regimen and by CPT-11+CF+5Fu regimen alone
