低分子肝素联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨低分子肝素联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的临床疗效。方法 52例UA患者随机分为联合治疗组27例和对照组25例,两组均应用硝酸脂类、β-受体阻剂滞及阿司匹林等常规治疗,联合治疗组在此基础上使用低分子肝素联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组仅使用低分子肝素治疗,疗程均为7天。观察两组治疗总有效率及治疗前后两组患者血脂变化情况。结果联合治疗组治疗总有效率为88.9%,对照组治疗总有效率为72.0%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗结束后联合治疗组TC、LDL-C和TG较治疗前有显著降低,HDL-C水平显著升高,两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应。结论低分子肝素联合辛伐他汀治疗UA疗效显著,安全性高,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of low molecular weight heparin combined with simvastatin on treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with simvastatin on treatment of unstable angina（UA） pectoris.Methods 52 cases of UA were randomly divided into combined treatment group（27 cases） and the control group（25 cases）.The nitric acid lipids,β-receptor blocking agents,aspirin and other conventional treatment lag were applied in both groups.On the basis of above,simvastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin were applied in combined treatment group and low molecular weight heparin was applied in the control group.The total effective rate and change of blood lipid were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group（88.9%） was significantly different from the total effective rate of control group（72.0%）（P〈0.05）.The levels of TC,LDL-C and TG in combined treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,but the levels of HDL-C were significantly increased.There were significantly different in both groups（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions happened in two groups during treatment.Conclusion The treatment of low molecular weight heparin combined with simvastatin has a significant effect on treatment of UA,safe and less adverse reactions.It was worthy of promotion.
