| 摘 要： | 目的总结腹腔镜下处理急性胆囊炎的临床经验。方法回顾性分析应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparo-scopic cholecystectomy,LC）治疗急性胆囊炎（acute cholecystitis,AC）108例患者的临床资料。结果 LC成功104例,因炎症粘严重而中转开腹4例,全组无严重并发症发生。结论对大多数急性胆囊炎患者施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的,可在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for acute cholecystitis.Methods Clinical records of 108 cases of acute cholecystitis treated by LC were respectively reviewed.Results LC was successfully accomplished in 104 cases and a conversion to open surgery was required in 4 cases because of serious inflammatory adhesion.In the study no severe complications occurred.Conclusion LC can be performed safely in the majority of cases of acute cholecystitis. |
