| 摘 要： | 目的探讨128层CT与超声心动图在定量评估左心功能方面的准确性及可行性。方法对60例临床确诊或疑似冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者行128层CT冠状动脉成像和超声心动图检查,分别测得左心室收缩末期容积（ESV）、舒张末期容积（EDV）、每搏输出量（SV）值及左室射血分数（EF）,并对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果 128层CT和超声心动图所测得的各组左心功能数据相关性高（r值=0.75-0.89）。结论 128层CT在左心功能定量评价方面准确、可靠,与超声心动图两种方法各指标之间相关性高。一次128层CT冠状动脉成像检查,可以同时评估冠状动脉狭窄情况和左心功能。
