摘    要:高质量的全英教学是适应当前医学教育和医学人才国际化的发展趋势和现实的需要,对于提高国际化办学效率、水平和层次,提升学校的核心竞争力和国际影响力具有重要意义。文章认为师资水平、教材建设、教学理念模式、教学评价是制约和影响全英教学质量的主要因素。论文着重分析了这些制约和影响全英教学质量的各主要因素的组成部分及其矛盾关系,并提出了解决问题的基本思路与具体措施。
