| 摘 要： | 住院医师规范化培训作为继续医学教育的一个系统性培训项目,对培养临床医师较为全面的医学知识架构和确保医疗水平的提高具有决定性作用。但是,由于缺乏基本的医学通识教育,特别是临床病理学基本知识培训被忽视,造成临床医师普遍缺乏基本临床病理学素养,严重影响医疗技术的提高。文章具体分析了这一问题的原因和危害,提出将临床病理学纳入临床专业住院医师规范化培训的重要学习和考核内容,建立强制性的病理科轮转制度,通过学分制的方式督促住院医师积极参与临床病理学专题讲座和临床病理讨论会与读片会,逐步提高病理医师授课水平的建议和措施,以期提高临床医师的基本临床病理学素养,适应分子诊断和个性化治疗的需求。
