| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑外伤后眩晕的综合治疗效果。方法对颅脑外伤后未行开颅手术出现眩晕症状的286例患者,综合应用西药、中医药、高压氧及适应性训练等方法治疗;另取同期用地芬尼多片单药治疗的107例患者作为对照组,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果在住院期间综合治疗组治愈231例（80.8%）,显效49例（17.1%）,无明显改善6例（2.1%）;对照组治愈63例（58.9%）,显效35例（32.7%）,无明显改善9例（8.4%）,两组疗效比较有非常显著的差异（P〈0.01）。结论采用多种方法综合治疗颅脑外伤后眩晕等症状,疗效好,增加了患者自信心,提高了生活质量。
