| 摘 要： | 目的观察中成药三金片治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）的疗效。方法将130例BPH患者分为中成药治疗组（90例）和西药对照组（40例）,中成药组予三金片3片,每天3次口服,西药组予保列治每天5mg顿服,两组均连续用药3个月,观察治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分（I-PSS）、最大尿流率（MFR）、经腹B超测膀胱残余尿量、前列腺体积的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的I-PSS评分、MFR及残余尿量均明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,前列腺体积的改变差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组治疗后比较差异亦无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中成药三金片治疗BPH具有较好的疗效,且不良反应少,可在临床推广应用。
