| 摘 要： | 提出了一级螺旋区概念，在此基础上研究了基于正多边形的ＲＮＡ二级结构绘图与自由能计算，并设计了程序，可将相容性螺旋区列表表示的ＲＮＡ二级结构转化为分子生物学家熟悉的图形方式，同时计算出基于Ｓａｌｚｅｒ能量积分系统的自由能数值。经多例运行表明方法合理，运行结果可靠。
