经络整脊疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效对比观察

目的观察经络整脊疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法68例颈椎病患者随机分成两组:对照组和治疗组均酌情选用理疗、颈椎牵引、颈椎体操等常规物理治疗,治疗组同时加经络整脊疗法。结果治疗组34例临床治愈率及总有效率为70.6%,94.1%,优于对照组的23.5%,76.4%(P<0.05),治疗组症状体征消失时间加快(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗见效时治疗次数明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论经络整脊疗法对颈椎病康复治疗有明显的促进作用。

Treatment of 34 cases of cervical spondylosis with spine-massage therapy

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of 34 cases of cervical spondylosis with spine massage therapy Method 68 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups: 34 cases were received the treatment of spine massage therapy combined with conventional physiotherapy. Other 34 cases as a control group were only treated with conventional physiotherapy. Result After 20 times of treatment,the effective and clinical cure rates of treatment group was respectively 94.1%and 70.6% compared with the 76.4%and 23.5% of control group ,with significant difference(P< 0.05). At the same time,there were significant differences,treatment group compared with the control group(P< 0.05 or 0.01),on the symptoms and signs disappeared time,and treatment times. Conclusion The study suggests that spine massage therapy has a good effects for patients with cervical spondylosis .
