卫生列车上改进氧疗与吸痰护理技术的效果

目的探讨提高氧疗、吸痰护理技术在卫生列车上应用有效性的方法。方法 2008年8月至2009年8月,按照临床常规,对某院2 0名重症监护室护士进行氧疗、吸痰技术的操作训练,操作者准确掌握之后,在开动的列车上进行操作,对操作的结果进行评价,找出不适应列车上操作的环节,研究改进措施并落实,采用改进的技术方法在开动的列车上再操作,并评价实施结果。结果常规的氧疗、吸痰操作方法在列车上应用时,操作完成时间长、质量评分差,与地面上相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);改进后的列车上操作,完成时间和质量评分与改进前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与地面上相比,吸痰的完成时间更短(P<0.01),但质量仍有差距(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论改进后的氧疗、吸痰技术方法能较好地适应卫生列车上晃动的救治环境,值得推广应用。

Effects of Improved Oxygen Therapy and Sputum Suction Technique Operated on Health-care Train

Objective To explore effective ways in improving oxygen therapy and sputum suction technique operated on health-care train.Methods Oxygen therapy and sputum suction technique were conducted in the moving train by operators,who had been trained according to clinical nursing technical operation standards from August 2008 through August 2009.An evaluation was followed on the operations to determine inappropriate operating procedures including selection of oxygen therapy and sputum suction instrument combined with research on modified techniques for operations on moving train as well as evaluations.Results The time of oxygen therapy and sputum suction technique operated on moving train were significantly longer and their quality scores were significantly worse compared with those operated on land（P0.01）.After taking modified measures,the operating time and the quality scores were significantly better compared with those before taking modified measures（P0.01）.Compared with the time and the quality of sputum suction operated on land,the operating time was shorter（P0.01） and the quality was worse（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusions Modified measures on oxygen therapy and sputum suction technique are more suitable for operating on the health-care train,which deserves further clinical practice.
