儿童长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像表现和鉴别诊断

目的分析儿童长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的影像表现和鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析病理证实的21例儿童长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的临床和X线、CT、MRI影像表现。结果 21例中,20例单发,1例多发。其中股骨12例,胫骨3例,肱骨5例,趾骨1例。主要影像学表现为髓内征象、骨质破坏、骨膜反应或骨化、软组织肿胀和肿块。结论长骨嗜酸性肉芽肿影像表现具有的一定特征性,密切结合临床和病理能够提高诊断和鉴别诊断水平。

Imageology analysis and differentiation of eosinophilic granuloma of long bone in chirdren

Objective To analyze the diagnosis of ECG of long bone in children.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 21 cases of pathologically confirmed the children long bone eosinophilic granuloma of clinical and X-ray,CT,MRI imaging findings.Results There were 20 cases who had dsingle lesion and the other had multiple lesions.12 ases of them located in femur,3 cases in tibia,5 cases in humerus,1 case in phalanges.The main imaging features were similar in ECG,including intramedullary signs,destruction or sclerosis,periosteal reaction or ossification,soft tissue swelling or masses.Conclusion There are some reminding imaging features of ECG of long bone in children,May improve the diagnostic and differential diagnostic accuracy with closely the clinica and pathology.
