摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定氢氯噻嗪与替米沙坦复方制剂的有关物质。方法采用C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(用磷酸调pH至4.0)梯度洗脱;检测波长272nm;流速1.0ml/min;进样量20μl。结果理论塔板数以氢氯噻嗪计算为3000。结论本方法灵敏、专属、简便、准确,可用于氢氯噻嗪与替米沙坦有关物质及降解产物的检查。

Determination of Related Substances in Compound Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablet by HPLC

Abstract:Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of related substances in compound telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablet.Methods The separation was performed on Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse SB-C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 50 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution(pH 4.0).Gradient elution was used and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 272 nm.The injection volume was 20 μl.Results The numbers of theoretical plates calculated by hydrochlorothiazide were 3,000.Conclusions The method is specific,sensitive and reproducible for the detection of the determination of related substances and degradation substances in compound telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablet.
