| 摘 要： | 目的探讨癌症合并糖尿病患者接受含紫杉醇化疗方案的临床护理经验总结。方法对40例癌症合并糖尿病接受含紫杉醇化疗方案的患者进行血糖监测和控制、预防感染、指导合理饮食和运动、心理护理。结果 40例患者均顺利完成化疗周期,1例出现低血糖反应,无感染并发症发生。结论做好护理,维持血糖稳定,避免并发症的发生,有利于保证化疗的顺利进行。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate nursing experience of cancer patients with diabetes treated by paclitaxel contained chemotherapy regimens.Methods 40 cases of cancer patients with diabetes treated by paclitaxel contained chemotherapy regimens experienced nursing care by blood glucose monitoring and controlling,infection preventing,the rational diet and exercise guiding and psychological nursing.Results All 40 patients were successfully received the chemotherapy treatment.Conclusions Appropriate nursing care,stable blood glucose and avoiding complications can be beneficial for cancer patients with diabetes tolerated while being treated by paclitaxel contained chemotherapy regimens. |
