人工流产后即时口服妈富隆临床观察

目的探讨人工流产后即时口服短效避孕药的必要性和可行性。方法将自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女120例,随机分为两组,观察组60例于人工流产后当天服用妈富隆、抗生素及益母草颗粒,对照组60例仅服用抗生素及益母草颗粒。结果观察组术后盆腔感染及出血时间低于对照组(P<0.05),术后月经复潮比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工流产后即时应用短效避孕药妈富隆除避孕外,还能明显缩短出血时间,减少术后盆腔感染率,促进月经恢复。

Clinical observation on marvelon oral immediately after abortion

Objective To investigate the necessity and feasibility of short-acting contraceptives after abortion immediately.Methods Voluntary abortion termination of pregnancy in early pregnant women(n=120) were randomly divided into two groups,observation group(60 cases) taking marvelon,antibiotics and Motherwort particles the day after the abortion;the control group(60 cases) only taking antibiotics and Motherwort particles.Results The postoperative pelvic infection and bleeding time of the observation group than the control group(P < 0.05),postoperative menstruation tide proportion was higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion Apply short-acting contraceptive marvelon in addition to contraception,but also significantly shortened the bleeding time,reduce postoperative pelvic infection immediately after the abortion,and promote the menstruation.
