三维声影成像与三维表面成像技术在宫内节育器诊断中的对比应用

摘    要:目的对比三维声影成像与三维表面成像技术在不同类型宫内节育器的超声诊断中的应用。方法对200例不同类型的宫内节育器分别进行三维声影成像与三维表面成像,对比二者在不同类型宫内节育器的成像质量。结果三维声影成像在曼月乐、T型环的成像上优于三维表面成像(P<0.05),三维表面成像在O型环、宫型环的成像上优于三维声影成像(P<0.05)。结论三维声影成像是三维成像的一个重要补充,尤其适用于曼月乐等三维表面成像显示不清晰的宫内节育器。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value in the diagnosis of intrauterine device with three dimensional ultrasound shadow image and surface rendering technique comparatively.Methods 200 cases were scanned with shadow image and surface rendering technique separately.The quality of images obtained was compared with shadow image and surface rendering image.Results Compared to surface rendering image,shadow image had higher visibility of mirena,TCu220C and gynefix;Compared to shadow image,surface rendering mode had higher visibility of O-type IUD and uterus-type IUD.Conclusion Shadow image is an important addition of three dimensional ultrasound,especially for mirena.
