| 摘 要： | 目的制订肾茶胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,进行了线性关系、重复性、精密度、回收率等考察,并对该方法进行了验证。结果标准品芦丁在8.03～48.18μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2=0.9995);该方法精密度良好,RSD<2%;重复性实验结果良好,RSD=0.98;平均回收率97.0%～103.0%,RSD<2%,准确性良好。结论本测定方法科学可行,完全能控制和检测肾茶胶囊中总黄酮的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop methods for content determination of total flavonoids in orthosiphon capsules.Methods A UV method was used for observing the linear relationship,repeat line,precision,and recovery,and the method was verified.Results The standard rutin was in good linearity in range of 8.03-48.18 mg/mL(r 2 =0.999 5).This method has good precision(RSD < 2%),and also has good repetitive experimental results(RSD=0.98).The average recoveries were between 97.0%-103.0%,RSD < 2%,which has good accuracy.Conclusion The determination method is scientific and feasible,and flavonoids in orthosiphon capsules can be in good control and test. |
