红花总黄素对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察红花总黄素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 40只Wistar大鼠分为4组,每组10只:假手术组,模型组,红花总黄素低、高剂量组。采用改良线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察红花总黄素对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的行为缺陷神经功能评分,脑组织SOD、NO、MDA含量的影响。结果红花总黄素可明显降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠的神经功能评分(P<0.01);提高SOD活力(P<0.05),降低MDA、NO水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论红花总黄素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

An Experimental Study of The Protective Effect of Safflor Yellow on Cerebral Ischemiareperfusion Injury

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effect of safflor yellow on cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury.Methods 40 Wistar rats were divided into four groups equally: pseudo surgery group,model group,low dose safflor yellow group and high dose safflor yellow group.Improved thread embolism method was used to establish the rat model of cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury.Observe the effect of safflor yellow on neural function score of behavior defects of rats with cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury and the contents of SOD,NO,MDA in brain tissue.Results Safflor yellow reduced the neural function score of rats with cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury significantly(P<0.01) and decreased the contents of MDA and NO(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and it can also increase SOD activity(P<0.05).Conclusions Cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury in rats can be protected by safflor yellow.
