| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法随机选取不稳定型心绞痛患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组应用丹红注射液20mL加入葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次/d;对照组应用银杏叶注射液20mL加入葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次/d。10d为1个疗程。结果在心绞痛症状缓解和心电图疗效方面,治疗组的总有效率均高于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液疗效明显,且未发现明显毒副作用,使用安全简便,疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection in treating unstable angina pectoris.Methods Patients with unstable angina pectoris randomly selected were divided into treatment group and control group,with each group of 50 cases each.The treatment group were treated with Danhong injection 20 mL joined in 250 mL glucose injection intravenous drip with once a day.The control group were treated with Ginkgo biloba injection 20 mL joined in 250 mL glucose injection intravenous drip with once a day.One period of treatment is 10 days.Results In angina symptoms and ECG efficacy,the total effective rate of Danhong injection in treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion Danhong injection has obvious curative effect and no obvious toxic and side effect,convenient and safe operation,curative effect. |
