| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-4和IL-17在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达水平。方法选择笔者所在医院2008年4月～2011年2月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者50例临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用ELISA检测法对50例溃疡性结肠炎患者的IL-4和IL-17进行检测,并与同期健康体检正常者50例作为对照,观察IL-4和IL-17在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达水平。结果 UC组IL-4、IL-17浓度与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);溃疡性结肠炎患者各期、不同病情程度IL-4、IL-17浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 UC的炎症发生发展过程中IL-4和IL-17变化明显,说明其与UC的炎症的启动和慢性化相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression level of interleukin 4 and interleukin-17 in ulcerative colitis.Methods 50 cases with UC in our hospital from April 2008 to February 2011 were selected and retrospectively analyzed.IL-4 and IL17 of 50 UC patients were tested by ELISA.At the same time,50 normal healthy check-up cases were selected as control.Observed the expression of IL-4 and IL-17 in UC patients.Results IL-4 and IL-17 concentration in UC group compared with the control group,the difference had statistically significant(P < 0.01).IL-4 and IL-17 concentration of UC patients were different in different periods and degree,the differences were significantly(P < 0.01).Conclusion IL-4 and IL17 change significantly in the happen and development process of UC inflammation,so IL-4 and IL-17 are related with UC starting and chronic inflammation. |
