| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片)联洛丁新治疗高血压病伴有焦虑症状的疗效。方法将89例高血压病伴有焦虑症状随机分为观察组45例,用黛力新联洛丁新治疗高血压病14天;对照组44例,用多虑平联合洛丁新治疗高血压病14天,分析两组治疗后取得的临床疗效。结果两组进行分析比较,观察组比对照组焦虑症状明显缓解,血压明显平稳下降,具有明显的可比性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗组比对照组起效快、作用强、效果好、安全性高、不良反应少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit combined with Lotensin on the patients with senile hypertension and anxiety.Methods 89 cases of hypertension associated with anxiety symptoms were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group(n=45) and the control group(n=44).The patients in the treatment group took Deanxit and Lotensin for two weeks.The patients in the control group took doxepin and Lotensin for two weeks.Analyzed the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results Therapeutic outcome of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group in relieving anxiety and declining steadily in blood pressure with the obvious comparability,which was really significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Deanxin in the treatment group has a quicker,stronger and better effect and is reliably safe with less adverse reactions. |
