思密达治疗小儿秋季腹泻30例临床分析

目的评价思密达治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效及其安全性。方法随机将30例秋季腹泻患儿分为观察组及对照组,各15例。两组患儿均常规予以抗病毒、补液、纠正水电解质紊乱及酸中毒等治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上加服思密达,比较两组患儿临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组及对照组患儿止泻时间分别为(1.9±1.1)d、(3.6±1.9)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组及对照组患儿临床治疗有效率分别为93.3%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗期间均为出现不良反应现象。结论常规治疗加服思密达对秋季腹泻患儿疗效显著,可有效缩短患儿止泻时间,且安全性高,具有较好临床推广应用前景。

Clinical analysis of smecta for 30 children with rotavirus enteritis

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safty,of smecta for 30 Children cases with rotavirus enteritis.Methods 30 children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,each group with 15 cases,both of the two groups were treated by random will fall to children with diarrhea divided into the observation group and control group,the 15 cases antiviral drug,fluid infusion,water-electrolyte disturbances and Acidosis,etc.The observation group children taked smecta based on this,compared the clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups children.Results The observation group and control group in time for the children of diarrhoea respectively(1.9±1.1)d and(3.6±1.9)d,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),the clinical treatment effective rate of observation group and control group was 93.3% and 80.0%.there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),there were appeared adverse reaction of the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The effect was better for children with rotavirus enteritis treated by routine treatment and smecta,shorten the diarrhoea time of children with rotavirus enteritis,higher satety,had a good clinical application prospect.
