护理实训基地开放的方法与体会

摘    要:目的提高护理实训基地管理水平和教学效果。方法采取多种形式如以开放时间为主线的分时管理,以开放项目为主体的分层次管理等开放实验室,根据不同对象进行管理。结果增强了学生的团队协作精神,提高了学生动手及自我管理能力,培养了慎独品格;增强了教师的教学活力,促进了实验管理队伍的建设;提高了设备的利用率。结论护理实训基地的开放培养了学生的动手能力、运用知识的能力及创新能力,有助于护理实践教学质量的提高。

The methods and experiences of opening the nursing training base

Abstract:Objective To raise the management level and teaching effect by opening the nursing training base.Methods Various forms were taken such as time-sharing management taking opening hours as main clue,the opening of laboratories based on multi-level management which took opened projects as the main body,and the different management directed to the objects.Results Students’ team spirit was enhanced and their hands-on and self-management abilities were improved,which cultivated their Cautiousness Character;the vitality of the teacher’s teaching was strengthened,promoting the construction of the experimental management team;the utilization of equipment was increased.Conclusions The opening of the training base raised the student’s practical ability,ability to apply knowledge and ability to innovate,which is beneficial for improving the quality of nursing practice teaching.
