杜仲翅果油对小鼠实验性高脂血症的影响

摘    要:目的研究杜仲翅果油对小鼠实验性高脂血症及其肝脏组织病理学的影响。方法 60只小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和杜仲组。模型组和杜仲组小鼠饲喂高脂饲料并配以牛奶,对照组小鼠饲以普通饲料;同时,杜仲组小鼠给予灌胃杜仲翅果油(150mg.kg-1.d-1)。实验8周后处死全部小鼠,比较各组之间血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和肝脏组织病理学特征的差异。结果模型组小鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05),且模型组小鼠肝脏出现不同程度的弥漫性肝细胞脂肪变性,大量炎性细胞浸润;与模型组相比,杜仲组小鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C均显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C高于模型组(P<0.05),肝组织脂肪变性程度也明显减轻,无明显炎细胞浸润及坏死。结论杜仲翅果油对高脂饲料诱导的小鼠高脂血症和肝脏脂肪变性有显著的保护作用。

Effect of Eucommia key-fruit seed oil on experimental hyperlipemic mice

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Eucommia key-fruit seed oil on serum lipid and the histopathological changes of liver in experimental hyperlipemia mice.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and Eucommia ulmoides oliv group.The model group and Eucommia ulmoides oliv group were fed high fat diet and matched with milk,while those in control group were fed normal diet.The normal group and the model group were fed physiological saline(i.g),Eucommia ulmoides oliv group were fed Eucommia key-fruit seed oil150mg/(kg·d)](i.g).After eight weeks,the serum triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and the histopathological changes in liver(H.E.staining) were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the serum TG,TC and LDL-C of the model group were markedly higher(P<0.05);the serum HDL-C was significantly lower(P<0.05),there were serious steatosis and with inflammatory cell infiltration and necrosis in the liver.Compared with the model group,the serum TG,TC and LDL-C of the Eucommia ulmoides oliv group were markedly lower(P<0.05);the serum HDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.05);these pathological changes were milder in the liver.Conclusions Eucommia key-fruit seed oil has a protective effect on experimental hyperlipemia and can alleviate the liver steatosis in mice.
