窄谱中波紫外线联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法 61例患者按就诊时间通过随机数字表随机分为两组。治疗组30例予以窄谱中波紫外线治疗,初始剂量为0.3J/cm2,每次剂量增加0.1J/cm2,每3天1次;同时每晚1次外用他扎罗汀凝胶。对照组31例仅予以窄谱中波紫外线治疗,治疗方法同治疗组。两组治疗时间均为4周。结果治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组为61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合他扎罗汀凝胶治疗掌跖脓疱病临床疗效较好,无明显不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy combined with tazarotene gel in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods According to the visiting time,61 patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups through a table of random numbers.30 patients in treatment group were treated with narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy once every three days combining with topical tazarotene gel once a night.31 patiens in control group were only received narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy,once every three days.Study period was 4 weeks in two groups.Results The efficient rate in the treatment group was 86.67% and that in control group was 61.29%.There was statistically difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).No serious side effect were observed both in two groups.Conclusion The results suggest that combination of narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy and tazarotene gel is effective and safe in treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.
