老年心房颤动患者的危险因素的分析

目的探讨老年心房颤动(房颤)患者的相关危险因素,旨在防止房颤的发生。方法对我院2007年1月～2011年12月,456例老年房颤患者的住院资料进行回顾性分析,并按年龄分组,分析老年人房颤的特点。结果 456例房颤患者中,年龄60～94岁,男女比例1∶0.67;房颤病因中,最常见病因为高血压。非瓣膜性房颤患者中,阵发性房颤患者左心房直径显著小于持续性房颤和永久性房颤患者(P<0.01)。左心室射血分数显著高于持续性房颤和永久性房颤患者(P<0.01)阵发性房颤患者中心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级所占比例较持续性房颤和永久性房颤患者明显减少(P<0.01)。结论房颤的发生随年龄增加而明显增加;高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、风湿性心脏病、心功能不全、心衰等均是房颤的危险因素。

Clinical analysis of related risk factors in elderly patients with arterial fibrillation

Objective Analyze the correlated risk factors of the arterial fibrillation(AF).Methods The clinical data of 456 AF elderly patients in-patients of our hospital in 5 years(from 2007 to 2011) were selected and analyzed retrospectively.All the AF elderly patients were divided into different groups by ages,and the characters of AF in the elderly were analyzed.Results The enrolled patients’ ages were 60~94 years old,male to female ratio was 1∶0.67.The primary pathogenic cause of AF was hypertension.In non-valvular AF patients,the left atrium diameter was smaller and the left ventricular ejection was higher in paroxysmal AF patients than that in persistent AF and permanent AF patients(P<0.01).The ratio of cardiac function Ⅱ~Ⅳ in paroxysmal AF was smaller than that in persistent AF and permanent AF patients(P<0.01).Conclusions The incidence of AF disease increased graduated by age,and the hypertension,rheumatic heart disease,coronary heart,diabetes,cardiac dysfunction were risk factors of AF.
