改良小切口手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床分析

目的研究与传统甲状腺切除术相比,改良小切口手术在临床治疗甲状腺瘤的具体方法及疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院2008年6月～2011年2月收治的甲状腺瘤患者160例,分为行甲状腺切除术的传统组和行改良小切口术的对照组各80例,比较组间治疗效果。结果对照组患者的手术时间(85.6±14.6)min、手术切口(4.3±0.6)cm、术中出血量(18.7±7.9)mL、住院时间(4.1±0.8)d和术后并发症0,均显著低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良小切口术治疗甲状腺瘤较传统甲状腺切除术,操作简单、对患者机体损伤较小、恢复较快并发症少,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Clinical analysis of small incision surgery for thyroid tumor

Objective Compared with the conventional thyroidectomy,to study methods and curative effect of small incision operation in clinical treatment of thyroid tumor specific.Methods 160 patients with thyroid tumor of our hospital from June 2008 to February 2011 were divided into traditional group and modified small incision control group of 80 cases.Treatment was compared between groups.Results The operation time of control group patients was(85.6±14.6) min,operation incision was(4.3±0.6)cm,the amount of bleeding in operation was(18.7±7.9)mL,the hospitalization time was(4.1±0.8)d and postoperative complications was 0.They were significantly lower than the traditional group.There was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional thyroidectomy,the small incision in the treatment of thyroid tumors was simple,smaller body damage,faster recovery and fewer complications.It is worthy of clinical application in the treatment.
