| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分析门诊输液中存在的常见风险因素以及对此采取的措施。方法对2008年1月～2011年1月间我院门诊输液患者病例资料中的风险因素进行回顾性分析,针对相应的因素,制订相应的干预措施。结果致门诊输液缺陷的因素主要包括人员因素、技术因素以及管理因素。结论对门诊输液实施零缺陷管理,可帮助减少护理缺陷和医疗风险事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the common risk factors of infusion of outpatients and the measures to be taken.Methods The clinical data of patients in out-patient clinic from Jan 2008 to Jan 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.In regard to the factors,the specific intervention studies were developed appropriately.Results The defects caused by the factors included human factors,technical factors and management factors.Conclusions The management of the defects on the infusion of outpatients can reduce the risk of nursing defects and medical events. |
