普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗老年支气管哮喘的疗效观察及护理对策

目的观察普米克令舒雾化吸入对老年支气管哮喘急性发作临床疗效的影响。方法选取2010年4月～2011年5月期间广东医学院附属医院老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者66例,用随机数字表法将66例患者分为对照组(33例)和实验组(33例),两组均行常规止咳、平喘、抗感染等治疗,在此基础上,实验组采用普米克令舒雾化吸入,对照组采用庆大霉素、a-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松雾化吸入。比较两组患者的临床疗效及肺功能改善情况。结果实验组患者的临床疗效及肺功能均得到明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论普米克令舒雾化吸入能有效缓解老年支气管哮喘急性发作。

Curative Effect and Nursing Strategy of Pulmicort Respules Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Episode of Bronchial Asthma in Elderly Patients

Objective To explore the curative effect of pulmicort respules atomization inhalation in the treatment of acute episode of bronchial asthma in elderly patients.Methods 66 patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College,from April 2010 to May 2011,were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to numerical table.All patients were treated with normal regulations for cough,gasping,anti-infection.In addition,routine atomization inhalation was used in the control group and pulmicort respules inhalation was used in the observation group.The effect was evaluated from two aspects: the clinical curative effect and the improvement of pulmonary function.Results The clinical curative effect and the improvement of pulmonary function in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between them(P<0.05).Conclusions The pulmicort respules atomization inhalation was an effective method in the treatment of acute episode of bronchial asthma in elderly patients.
