| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠目前常用的诊断和治疗方法。方法选择17例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者,总结诊断方法及临床效果。结果 17例患者血β-HCG水平均升高,超声检查确诊11例,确诊率64.7%,7例患者经环磷酰胺治疗后成功5例,9例患者经清宫或人工流产术治疗后成功3例,1例患者因清宫术中出血多急诊行子宫动脉栓塞术成功。结论本病治疗成功的关键是早期诊断,药物治疗是基础,宫腔镜下清宫是一种安全有效的诊断治疗方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean.Methods 17 cases with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean were diagnosed clinical therapeutic effect.Results The blood β-HCG levels of 17 cases were elevated,and 11 patients were ultrasonography diagnosed.The diagnosed rate was 64.7%.5 cases of 7 cases were successful with cyclophosphamide.3 cases of 9 cases with uterine curettage or abortion after the treatment were successful.1 cases of patients with uterine bleeding in emergency uterine artery embolization operation was successful.Conclusion Early diagnosis is the key to this disease treatment.Drug therapy is the foundation,and the hysteroscopy is a safe and effective diagnosis and treatment ways. |
