| 摘 要： | 目的:研究迎春花提取物的抗心律失常作用。方法:常规抗心律失常方法,即小鼠氯仿法、大鼠乌头碱法、小鼠氯化钙法及兔肾上腺素法。结果:迎春花提取物对氯仿诱发的小鼠心室颤动有明显的预防作用,而对氯化钙诱发的小鼠心室颤动没有预防作用,迎春花提取物对乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常有治疗作用,迎春花提取物能够对抗肾上腺素引起的家兔心律失常。结论:迎春花提取物有抗心律失常作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of JNL extract on antiarrhythmia.Methods:The conventional antiarrhythmia methods were used.Results:JNL extract was effective in preventing ventricular fibrillation induced by chloroform in mice.However,it could not prevent ventricular fibrillation induced by calcium chloride in mice .JNL extract has the effect of therapy on antiarrhythmia induced by aconitine in rats.The arrhythmia induced by adrenalin in rabbits was antagonized by JNL extract. Conclusion:JNL extract has antiarrhythmia effect. |
