| 摘 要： | 9例广泛喉癌切除,一期以颈部前皮瓣或胸三角皮瓣制作发音管,除2例用颈部皮瓣制作的发音管,术后因感染发音微弱外,余7例发音讲话皆清晰易懂,无一例有术后误咽者。

| Abstract: | Nine cases of voice producing tube reconstructed imme-diately by using anterior neck skin or DP flap after extensive totallaryngectomy are reported.Seven cases regained clear understandablespeech and two were feeble voice because of postoperation infection.Allof these 9 patients swallowed normally without aspiration.Indications,surgical techniques are outlined and the key problemfor avoiding aspiration is discussed. |
