腹腔镜妇科手术200例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜在妇科手术中的应用价值。方法 回顾我院200名患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗，例如子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病、异位妊娠、盆腔粘连、卵巢囊肿、继发不孕的情况。结果 194例患者手术均顺利完成，占97％；中转开腹4例，占2％；并发症2例，占1％。结论 腹腔镜手术是一种更具人性化的手术方式，它具有创伤小、痛苦少、恢复快的优点。但必须提高医生的内镜手术技能和技巧，严格掌握手术适应证和禁忌证，减少并发症的发生．

Clinical analysis in 200 cases of gynecological surgery by abdominal speculum

Objective Purpose To study the value of abdominal speculum in the gynecology surgical operation. Methods 200 patients had accepted abdominal speculum surgical operation in the past of 3 years, such as myoma of uterus, adenomyosis, ectopic pregnancythe, pelvic adhesion, ovary tumor, infertility. Results The 194 patients were operated successfully, the rate being 97%, turning to open stomach in 4 cases, the rate was 2%;There were 2 cases with complications, the rate was 1%. Conclusions abdominal speculum surgical operation was a kind of surgical operation method that had a humanization more, it had advantage of small wound, little pain sufferings and a quick recovery. But it need raise a doctor with endoscopic surgery technical ability, control the surgical operation indication and contraindication, and reduce the incidence of the complications strictly.
