| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效及可行性。方法:将需要手术的80例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,腹腔镜手术组40例,开放手术组40例,对两种治疗进行比较。结果:腹腔镜手术组手术时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及住院天数均显著低于剖腹手术组(P<0.05),术后输卵管通畅情况腹腔镜组通畅率显著高于剖腹手术组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠安全可行,可作为首选的手术方法。
