补中益气丸联合生物反馈技术治疗气虚型便秘40例观察

目的：观察补中益气丸联合生物反馈技术治疗气虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法：对照组40例口服补中益气丸治疗,治疗组40例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上用生物反馈技术治疗,观察治疗前后患者的中医症状积分、行为方式积分及盆底肌表面肌电峰值,并评价疗效。结果：两组治疗前后的中医症状积分、行为方式积分、盆底肌表面肌电峰值比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,治疗组中医症状、行为方式改善总有效率分别为97.5%、95.0%,对照组分别为60.0%、52.5%,两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：补中益气丸联合生物反馈技术治疗气虚型便秘具有较好的临床疗效,适宜老年患者长期治疗。

Observation of 40 Cases of Qi Deficiency Constipation Treated by Buzhong Yiqi Pill Combined with Biofeedback Technique
