四川省食品中金属污染物监测研究

摘    要:[目的]了解、分析四川省食品中铅、镉、汞、铝等金属的污染状况,为制定相应控制措施提供依据。[方法]2009年在四川省10个城市对11种食品690份进行铅、镉、汞、铝污染状况监测。[结果]食品中铅、镉、汞、铝含量的合格率分别为:97.74%,93.10%,92.14%,66%。[结论]四川省食品中金属污染的情况较普遍,部分食品存在金属超标现象,尤其油炸面制食品中铝污染问题较为严重,对此应加大监测、监管力度。
